Summer 2019 Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Teacher Training asks you, the practitioner, to delve into the depths of your own patterns. To analyze your thoughts, emotions, and your practice. You look into the behaviors of yourself with others in order to meet your Self. It is not to be considered lightly; it often asks you to take the harder route to fully understand. When you understand, you are liberated. Free to love and be loved.

Physicality is but one method to reach the inner depths of being. In YTT, you will practice physical asana and pranayama every day in some form or fashion. You will learn to understand the anatomical body mechanics of a wide range of postures and their application in all levels of practitioners. Meditation is the physicality of mind. You will explore a variety of meditation techniques to observe your own mind patterns. And finally, self study — perhaps the most challenging and rewarding element of a yogi’s practice. Focus on yourself to learn about yourself.

This program is designed to give you the time and space to meet yourself where you are and to break down the barriers that may be holding you back: physically, mentally, spiritually. Growth is possible, but only when you do the work.
