Celebrate The Work is an event to honor the impact International Women's Day creates the other 364 days a year. We invite you to join us on March 7th at Lotus Yoga Academy, to celebrate the daily work, the work that goes unseen, the work that is not always acknowledged. The evening will include a 30 minute slow yoga flow, meditation, and celebration of a community creating tiny revolutions.
Brittany Johnson Todd is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling Associate, a life coach, and a yoga teacher. Brittany was a NCAA and Olympic Trial swimmer for the University of Florida, a 3 time Boston Marathon Qualifier and a dedicated yoga practitioner. Brittany expresses a great passion for balance of the body and mind when it comes to reaching optimal health while aligning the mind, body and soul. Brittany will share her story and the work she does #theother364 days to empower young women through a program she created called "Be Yourself. Love Yourself."
Our lululemon Thruway Local Ambassador, Chloë Craver will lead us through a slow flow and meditation to honor the work of our community. Chloe is a female business owner and founder of Lotus Yoga Academy in Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
We are all in the work. Honor the daily actions. Identify a woman whose work deserves an acknowledgement. Invite them to join an evening of growth, sweat, and connection.
Slow flow & meditation guided by Chloë, followed by a talk guided by Brittany.
