Our schedule reflects an elemental approach to Vinyasa yoga, with Solar, Lunar, Earth, and Rising energies. Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga can also be found on our weekly line-up, truly giving something for all.
