Kick off the Grand Opening day with a morning Ashtanga Foundations class led by Chloë Craver, founder of Lotus Yoga! Join her in the first public class in 525 Vine St. as she leads a mindfully paced half Primary series.
This class is a great place for those newer to the practice of yoga as it follows a set sequence and incorporates longer holds in standing postures, allowing each student to explore their own depth with no rush to enter or exit the position. It's primary focus is utilizing breath to calm the body & mind, while using posture to challenge and strengthen the body, and gaze to focus the mind. A fully embodied practice to give you a fully embodied experience!
