Join Chloë & Neil Craver for a dual action, co-taught class that is focused on utilizing a vinyasa practice to consistently progress in the peak postures. In Press Play, we are focusing on the fine balance of strength and flexibility to gain access into arm balancing, inverting, and maintaining a light hearted approach to ultra challenging asana. Experience is suggested, but knowing how to do a bunch of cool poses is NOT a requirement. Come ready to learn and expand your understanding of body mechanics. Partner work will be incorporated but it is not required to come with a partner, meet someone new and connect with fellow asana addicts!
